  1. Wow. Having only read the conclusion and Appendix A, this sounds to me like a strong justification for universal technology education for all students at all educational levels. How we can use this information to refine and improve our programs and broaden their availability? Does anyone know if this has gotten into the hands of policy makers and if so, what they think about it?
